Anxiety & Depression Support

Helping you understand your nervous system and come back into right relationship with yourself.

When Anxiety or Depression Take Hold

When your mind is racing, your heart is heavy, or your body feels overwhelmed, it’s not because you’re broken — it’s your nervous system asking for support.

Anxiety and depression aren’t random or personal failures.
They’re intelligent adaptations shaped by your past experiences, your relationships, and the ways you learned to stay safe.

How do you know if you are struggling with Anxiety or Depression?

Anxiety often shows up as…

  • racing thoughts

  • irritability or anger

  • the pressure to push harder

  • hypervigilance around how others perceive you

  • trouble sleeping or relaxing

  • feeling like you can’t keep up

  • a sense of overwhelm or impending collapse

Depression often shows up as…

  • exhaustion or shutdown

  • heaviness or numbness

  • disconnection from yourself or others

  • hopelessness or loss of meaning

  • low motivation

  • feeling unworthy or unlovable

  • the sense that life is too much to manage

These aren’t defects.
They are states of your nervous system — activation and collapse — shaped by early relational environments, unmet needs, and ongoing stress.

Your system is doing exactly what it learned to do.
But it doesn’t have to stay this way.

You might be here because…

  • You feel overwhelmed, stressed, or constantly “on edge”

  • It’s hard to relax, rest, or slow down without guilt

  • You find yourself snapping or withdrawing in relationships

  • You feel disconnected from your body, emotions, or purpose

  • You experience cycles of burnout or emotional exhaustion

  • Your thoughts feel loud, harsh, or hard to quiet

  • You don’t feel like yourself anymore

  • You’ve tried managing these feelings alone, but nothing seems to stick

  • You want to feel more grounded, steady, and connected

  • You’re ready to understand what’s really happening beneath the symptoms

My Approach

My work is relational, embodied, and rooted in nervous system healing.

I help you understand what your system is trying to do — and support you in creating new pathways of safety, clarity, and connection.

    Somatic Therapy

We explore what’s happening in your body — the tension, numbness, overwhelm, or shutdown — so your system can find regulation and relief.

    Nervous System Repair

Anxiety and depression are states of imbalance.
We work with activation, collapse, and the patterns that keep you stuck, restoring your capacity for presence, resilience, and ease.

    Attachment & Parts Work

We gently contact the younger parts of you carrying fear, shame, aloneness, or pressure. They finally get the attunement and support they never had.

    Mindfulness & Present-Moment Awareness

You learn to slow down, feel what’s happening inside, and make choices from clarity instead of survival instincts.

    Relational Attunement

    Healing happens in relationship.
I bring presence, authenticity, and care into our work so your system learns — experientially — that connection can be safe.

    What this work supports…

    • Regulating overwhelm, panic, or shutdown

    • Updating long-held protective patterns

    • Easing self-judgment, shame, or inner criticism

    • Rebuilding motivation and emotional resilience

    • Softening the patterns that lead to collapse or burnout

    • Strengthening inner safety and self-trust

    • Finding clarity when your mind feels chaotic or foggy

    • Restoring meaning, vitality, and connection

    • Healing the younger parts of you carrying fear or hopelessness

    • Learning how to care for your nervous system with compassion

A Different Way of Being Is Possible

You don’t have to keep pushing against yourself just to get through the day.
You can learn to feel safe in your body — grounded, regulated, and connected.

If you’re longing for relief, clarity, and a deeper relationship with yourself, I’m here to walk with you.
