My Approach

My work blends somatic therapy, attachment repair, mindfulness, and trauma-informed relationship support. I work relationally and collaboratively, helping you build the internal safety needed for healthy, reciprocal connection.

Somatic Therapy

We explore the sensations, emotions, and protective patterns living in your body. Your nervous system becomes our guide as you learn to regulate, slow down, and create new choices from a place of grounded safety.

Attachment Repair

We clarify your relational blueprint, gently update old strategies, and cultivate secure ways of relating — both with yourself and with others.

Mindfulness & Present-Moment Awareness

You learn to notice your inner experience with more clarity, compassion, and attunement, so you don’t get swept up in old survival patterns.

Hakomi-Informed Exploration

Through gentle, mindful experiments, we uncover the unconscious beliefs that shape your relational experiences, creating space for healing and new possibilities.
